Tensile bond strength
Tensile bond strength testing at Mawad Lab evaluates the adhesive strength between two bonded surfaces under tensile forces. This test measures the maximum force required to separate the materials, making it essential for assessing the reliability and durability of adhesives used in dental restorations and implants.
The Universal Testing Machine (Mecmesin Multitest 2.5-i) is utilized to perform this test with high precision. Post-test analysis, including failure pattern evaluation, is conducted using the Stereomicroscope and SEM for detailed observations.
