Chewing Simulator
ROBOTA chewing simulator has 3 modes: cyclic, wear and chewing. The simulator can accommodate 4 samples at a time with the ability of loading weights from 10N – 400N. Antagonists are changeable including rounded, flat and pointed end rods. The base can be horizontal, or 45 degrees angulated.
List Of Tests
This equipment can be a vital tool in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and longevity of dental materials and products before they are brought to market or recommended for clinical use.

1
Assessing how different dental materials, like composites or ceramics, withstand the repetitive forces of chewing.
2
Estimating the longevity of fillings, crowns, and other restorative materials under simulated masticatory conditions.
3
Evaluating the wear resistance and durability of dental implant surfaces.
4
Testing the wear resistance of materials used in denture teeth to ensure their long-term functionality and aesthetics.
5
Comparing the performance of various filling materials to determine their suitability for different types of dental restorations.
6
Studying how various food consistencies affect tooth wear and the performance of dental materials.
