Push out bond strength
Push-out bond strength testing at Mawad Lab assesses the adhesive strength of materials within cylindrical cavities, commonly used for dental restorations, root canal fillings, and implants. The test applies controlled force to push the bonded material out of the cavity, simulating clinical conditions.
This test is conducted using the Universal Testing Machine (Mecmesin Multitest 2.5-i) for precise application of force. Post-failure analysis is performed using the Stereomicroscope and SEM to examine failure patterns and improve bonding techniques.
